回首青春，這些年最不想錯過的人，一直是你?？晌疫@一次，真的錯過你了。
影片以游記隨筆《青春18×2 日本慢車流浪記》為原型。18年前，來自日本的背包客阿美（清原果耶 飾）來到了高中生吉米（許光漢 飾）打工的店中，兩人在同一家店中一同工作度過了一個夏天。吉米漸漸對阿美產(chǎn)生好感，然而阿美將回到日本。面對無法整理心情的吉米，阿美提出了“一個約定”……時光流逝，回到老家的吉米發(fā)現(xiàn)了阿美18年前從日本寄來的明信片。初戀的記憶涌現(xiàn)，吉米乘上通往阿美的故鄉(xiāng)的列車，開始了獨自一人的日本之旅。
